Amber dry wine is made from the Tsolikouri grape variety, grown in the Imereti region, specifically in the village of II Sviri within Zestafoni municipality. It is produced using the traditional Georgian quevri method, where one-third of the must is fermented, following Imeretian practices. This wine boasts vibrant acidity and flavors of pear, apple, tropical fruits, and mineral notes. It pairs well with cheese platters, salads, fish, and poultry dishes.
