Amber dry wine is crafted from the Krakhuna grape variety, also cultivated in the Imereti region, II Sviri village, but produced using the traditional Georgian quevri method. The fermentation process involves one-third of the must, following the Imeretian style. This wine is characterized by lively acidity, gentle tannins, and flavors of ripe fruit, dried apricot, and tropical fruits. It complements a variety of dishes, including cheese platters, salads, fish, and poultry.
