It starts with a wild mix of white grapes from Kakheti and Kartli, tossed together like a chaotic group chat, then thrown on the skins of Saperavi—Georgia’s darkest, moodiest red—for two months inside a buried clay qvevri. The result? An unfiltered, deeply expressive wine that looks like rosé but talks like a philosopher with pink hair.
Once it’s done vibing underground, it gets moved to stainless steel to chill and clean up, without losing its sass.
