Chito's Gvino

Ever been slapped by a flower? That’s Pink Paradise, a Georgian rosé wine.

Crafted by Chito’s Gvino, this isn’t your basic brunch rosé—it’s a bold, dry pink wine made the ancient Georgian way, but with a rebellious Gen Z soul. It starts with a wild mix of white grapes from Kakheti and Kartli, tossed together like a chaotic group chat, then thrown on the skins of Saperavi—Georgia’s darkest, moodiest red—for two months inside a buried clay qvevri. The result? An unfiltered, deeply expressive wine that looks like rosé but talks like a philosopher with pink hair.

Once it’s done vibing underground, it gets moved to stainless steel to chill and clean up, without losing its sass.

The colour is dark pink—think lipstick you shouldn’t wear to a job interview—and the taste? Ripe berries, rose petals, maybe a cherry that broke your heart in a previous life. It’s smooth, dry, and just edgy enough to make you feel interesting at a dinner party.

🌸 Tasting Profile

  • Colour: Dark pink, borderline rebellious

  • Aromas: Strawberry, cherry skin, dried rose, wild herbs

  • Palate: Dry, elegant, and surprisingly layered for something this pink

  • Texture: Silky with light grip from the Saperavi skins

  • Finish: Clean, floral, with a little wink of minerality

🍴 Food Pairing Suggestions

Pairs best with:

  • Smoked salmon toast or tuna tartare

  • Spicy Asian noodles (yes, even the instant kind)

  • Watermelon & feta salad

  • Popcorn on a date night that ends in tears

  • Vegan sushi or ironic hot dogs

Serve slightly chilled—but not cold, we’re not monsters.

This wine is not sparkling, but it pops in your mouth. Gen Z loves it because it’s real, unpredictable, and doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not.

If rosé had a personality, Pink Paradise would be that quiet girl at the party who turns out to be in a punk band and speaks five languages.
