Ojalashi

Ojaleshi is a Georgian grape variety mainly cultivated in the Samegrelo region in western Georgia. Ojaleshi grapes are known for their small, dark blue berries, which yield wine with a rich and deep color. Wines made from this variety feature intense aromas of red and black berries, such as raspberry and blackberry, with subtle hints of spices and violets. Ojaleshi is often used to produce naturally semi-sweet and dry wines, known for their balance between sweetness and acidity, soft tannins, and a long, rich finish.
